THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT SERVES AS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE CLIENT AND IS ACTIVE UPON PAYMENT.

PAYMENT MEANS YOU AGREE WITH THE T&C  STATED HERE.

  • Clients are to call in or walk into our studio for an initial consultation with our inhouse fashion stylist / studio manager to discuss plans and ideas for the shoot. Afterwards, the client picks a date for fitting. This can be done virtually. Client is required to make an initial 70%(minimum) or 100%(maximum) down payment in order to book a date & time for the photoshoot.

 

  • Clients must come for fitting or choose outfits days leading to the shoot and not on the day of shoot. Fittings are preferred to be done physically at our showroom but for exceptional cases, it can be done vitually as well. This gives us room for any alterations & proper planning.

 

  • Photoshoot planning / creation of mood-boards, commences after initial or full payment is made.

 

  • Our packages clearly states all our offers and prices. Any other additional prices or add-ons will be communicated.

 

  • We do not carry out emergency shoots. Every shoot is pre-planned months & weeks prior and are all currated according to our clients specific needs, preferences and taste.

 

  • Editing of pictures takes a minimum of 10 working days (2 weeks ) and a maximum of 1 month for the final edited copies to be ready. This depends largely on the kind of shoot and the package chosen, which is why we encourage our clients to book for their shoots ahead of time.

 

  • Any express work attracts an additional fee of 20,000 naira, and the minimum number of pictures to be released under such tight deadlines are 2 to 3 copies. Extra copies cost 10,000 naira each

 

  • We do not accept any elaborate shoots booked 3 days prior. We only accept 1

 

  • Week minimum notice to 1 year maximum notice. Anything less than 3 days will put the management under profound pressure and the outcome may not be desirable to both parties.

 

  • We may go ahead and accept to shoot on short notice only but we as a company wont take any responsibility of undesirable consequences thatmay arise due to going against our policy.

 

  • The company has standards and procedures and we expect our clients to comply to them. For example; when pictures are sent to the clients physically or virtually for selection, we expect the selection done almost immediatly & confirmed inorder for editing to commence.

 

  • We will not be responsible for any delays that might affect the timing or delivery of final copies.

 

  • Editing duration starts counting immediately after selected pictures are submitted and approved.

 

  • Shooting time starts counting immediately after hair and makeup. Hair & makeup touch ups , as well as changing of outfits are all inclusive in the appointed time. 2 hours means 2 hours and vice versa.

 

  • Bookings are done physically or virtually via whatsapp or phone call.

 

  • Proof of payment should be sent in for proper documentation.

 

  • Outfit fittings should be done and finalized at least 3 days prior to photoshoot date.

 

  • During the photoshoot session, friends and family are not allowed to direct the shoot or make suggestions that may alter initial plans stipulated during consultation unless indicated during the booking stage that the client will not be needing our styling services. This decision doesnt affect the pricing.

 

  • Once pictures are ready, we send them to the client via whatsapp as a document , as well as via the email address provided by the client.

 

  • Upon receiving the pictures, we advice our clients to save them as we wont be accountable for any accidents or loss of pictures.

 

  • After editing, we archive all the pictures but please note, that your pictures are only available for retreival after 6months. Afterwards, they are permanently deleted from our database.

 

  • Virtual selections are done on we-transfer, which expires after 7 days.
  • Makeup , hair, glam & styling lasts for 2 hours max. Afterwards, shooting time starts counting.

 

  • Every picture has a unique code/ serial number generated automatically. The client is to select is to select desired pictures according to this unique code.

 

  • All last miniute changes are not allowed. Clients wont be able to change the theme or preference a day to the shoot or on the day of the shoot.

 

  • Refunds / shoot cancelations are permitted only due to emergency reasons, misfortune or dissatisfaction relating to the shoot.

 

  • 100% refund is remitted immediately only if cancelation is done 24-48 hours before the shoot takes place and this has to be done 1 or 2 days prior to the photoshoot date.

 

  • 80% refund can only be remitted for cancelations done before the shoot. That is, less than 24 hours before the shoot or on the appointed date.

 

  • 60% refund can only be remitted for cancelations done after the shoot

 

  • In cases where client rejects his or her final pictures due to any reason, both the client and the company bears the consequnces. This means the pictures are not allowed to be used for any purpose it was intended for, or posted on social media by neither the company nor the client.

 

  • Client is allowed to wear their own personal outfits or use their own personal hairstylist or makeup artist for the shoot but this must be indicated during consultation and noted that, this decision does not affect the price of the shoot stated in our brochure.

 

  • In cases where the client chooses to use external vendors, client solely bears the cost extra time may be granted during the shoot due to unforceen circumstances. Usually 30 minuites extra time.

 

  • Once a stipulated duration for a particular shoot is exhausted, the shoot is set to stop immediately

 

  • Pictures can be selected for editing both virtually and physically but the company advices that the selection is done physically immediately after the shoot to avoid mistakes and delays .

 

  • Selection of picture must be done by client or their representative but can not be done by any member of our staff.

 

  • We usually provide light refreshment for clients but clients are allowed to come in with snacks or soft drinks (food) during shoots but this should be indicated during consultation depending on how long the shoot is estimated to last.

 

  • Please kindly note, the company won’t be liable for any loss of data due to accidents, disasters and unforeseen circumstances like hard drive crash, fire outbreak, flood, or any other related issues. Any other concerns, questions or enquiries should be communicated to the studio manager at the boulevard studios by sashes.
